Christmas

My favorite Christmas present I ever got is a Playstation 2. I have 12 different games. My favorite game is Basketball 2004. My favorite Christmas tradition is Secret Santa. We pick a name out of a hat. Whatever name I pick out of the hat, I do stuff for that person like making their bed or when they are asleep put a lollipop on their pillow.

I am so excited that basketball is about to start. Eric has his first game tonight against Franklin Academy. This is usually a very good game. I have tryouts this Saturday for Wake Forest town league. and DUKE is 6-0.

Yesterday I carved a pumpkin. I did Simba .

First I have to scoop out all the guts till it's clean.

Then you have to dot out the carving lines with a tack.

Then I carve the design on it with a pumpkin saw.

Sleepover

Last night I had a friend sleep over. He brought the movie "Transformers". We both got to see it for the first time. I thought it was great!

I have three plants I grew from seeds. I have basil, balm lemon, and lavender . I am going to make herb soap with them in science class.

These are my star wars legos plus a building I designed.

My Mummy

This is my mummy case. I made it out of a balloon, bunched up newspaper, covered with papier mache. Then I painted Egyptian designs on it.

NC State Fair

Last Wednesday I went to the State Fair with my family. I played a dart game where you have to pop a balloon and I won a stuffed animal. The food there was great. I got lemonade, pizza and NC State mint chocolate chip ice cream. I milked a cow. I saw a man make pottery . I also shot bebe guns and did the speed pich I got 30 miles per hour.

Ken's Corn Maze

Saturday night I went to Kens Corn Maze. Two of my friends were there. I went in with my Dad, Nathan, Nathan's dad and my other friend Nathan.

Yesterday I went to get my second x-ray. The doctor said it looked good and I should do what I have been doing - playing soccer and football. HAHAHA
I had to get another cast because the last one was too loose. Now everybody has to sign it again.

Miltons

Last night me my mom and sister went to Miltons Pizza for a fundraiser. Everybody who said they were in Lighthouse, then 20% of the cost of there meal went to Lighthouse sports. I got some chicken fingers and fries.

Science

Today at science I worked on my lapbook. We are learning about botany. We wrote definitions in it. I do science at the Barton's house every Monday and Thursday.
